Learning by tasting

In the Food Valley, we learn to know and respect food from an early age. Thanks to the contribution of the Municipality of Parma, ParmaKids has organized a series of free workshops for children aged 5 and over.

The aim is to promote the cultural aspect of food by telling stories, presenting culinary traditions, and describing food customs in other countries. Understanding food in-depth also means understanding how crucial its role is for our planet and for the well-being of producing communities.
